PriorChase Register for early access
In development · early access waitlist

Prior authorizations submitted, tracked and chased, so your patients aren't left waiting.

We're building PriorChase for independent specialty practices. It's designed to catch which scheduled services need prior auth, put the request together, submit it to the right payer, and keep following up until there's a decision, then record the outcome for your team.

For US independent specialty practices. Registering is free and isn't a purchase. We'll only email you about PriorChase.

Illustration of the planned workflow. Not real patient, payer or case data.

Who it's for

Built for independent specialty practices

If someone in your office spends the day in payer portals and on hold just to get procedures, imaging and medications approved, this is for you.

🩺

Specialty practices

GI, orthopedics, oncology, imaging, pain management and other services where many orders need approval first.

🏥

Family medicine

Primary care offices juggling prior auths for imaging, referrals and medications alongside everything else.

📋

Prior auth staff and managers

The specialists and office managers who carry the queue today, and get the calls when a case is delayed.

The problem

Prior auth eats staff time, and pending cases quietly delay care

Getting an approval is rarely one step. It's a different portal for each payer, clinical notes to assemble, and then waiting, checking and calling until someone decides.

A different portal for every payer

Each payer and benefit manager has its own portal, login, forms and rules, and some still need phone or fax.

Pending cases fall through the cracks

Once a request is submitted, someone has to keep checking status and calling. When the queue is long, cases sit.

Rules keep changing

Which services need approval, and what documentation each payer wants, changes often. Keeping up is a job in itself.

Patients wait, schedules slip

A delayed or denied authorization means a rescheduled procedure, a frustrated patient, and more rework for your team.

What you'll get

One place where every prior auth gets submitted and followed up

What we're designing PriorChase to do. Early-access practices help us decide what ships first.

🔍

Catch what needs auth, early

Upcoming services checked against payer requirements, so requests start days ahead, not the morning of.

🗂

Requests assembled for you

Relevant codes and chart notes gathered into a complete request for staff to review before it goes out.

⇄

Designed to work across payer portals

Planned to submit through the portals your payers use, such as Availity, Carelon, eviCore, RadMD and CoverMyMeds. None are connected yet.

↻

Relentless follow-up

Pending cases re-checked and chased until there's a decision, with reauthorizations tracked before they lapse.

!

Clear hand-offs to your team

Requests for more information, peer-to-peer reviews and denials are flagged for a person, with the full history attached.

🔒

Privacy by design

We're designing for HIPAA compliance from day one, and we intend to sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice.

How it will work

From scheduled order to decision

The planned flow. We'll refine it with early-access practices before anything goes live.

Spot it

PriorChase reads upcoming services and flags the ones that need prior authorization.

Prepare it

It builds the request with codes and supporting notes, ready for a quick staff review.

Submit it

The request goes to the right payer through the right channel, and the reference is saved.

Chase it

It follows up until there's a decision and records the outcome. Write-back is planned to work alongside your EHR or PM system.

About electronic prior authorization: payers have announced plans to move toward more standardized electronic prior auth. We're designing PriorChase to adapt as that rolls out, and to keep handling the follow-up, the cross-portal work, and the cases that still need a person.

FAQ

Questions you'll probably ask

Is PriorChase available today?

Not yet. PriorChase is in development and this page is an early-access waitlist. Registering helps us decide whether and how to build it, and you'll be among the first to hear when it's ready to try.

Which payer portals will it work with?

We're designing it to work across the portals specialty practices use most, such as Availity, Carelon, eviCore, RadMD and CoverMyMeds. None of these connections exist yet, and we'll confirm exactly what's supported before anyone is onboarded.

Which EHR or practice management systems will it support?

It's planned to work alongside the systems independent practices already use. No integration is live yet. Tell us which system you use when you register so we can prioritize.

What about HIPAA?

PriorChase will handle protected health information, so we're designing it for HIPAA compliance from the start, and we intend to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice before handling any patient data. We don't claim any certification today. Please don't send patient information through this page; we only need your email.

Does it replace my prior auth staff?

No. It's meant to take the repetitive submitting and status-checking off their plate. Clinical judgment, peer-to-peer reviews, appeals and anything unusual stay with your team.

Doesn't electronic prior authorization solve this?

Payers have announced plans to standardize electronic prior auth, and we think that's good news. Rollout will take time and vary by payer, and someone still has to track, chase and follow up. We're designing PriorChase to adapt as it rolls out.

Is it only for the US?

Yes. PriorChase is being designed for US practices and US payers.

How much will it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. Early-access members will hear about it first, and registering doesn't commit you to anything.
